Ingredients:
10 eachChicken thighs
3 tbspLight soy sauce
2 tbspDry Sherry
1/2 tspGrated fresh ginger
3 tbspCornstarch
4 tbspRaw sesame seeds
1 xPeanut oil for deep frying
Procedures:
1Cut the chicken thighs in half across the bone.
2Marinate them in the soy sauce, sherry, ginger & enough cornstarch to make a thick sauce for 1 hr.
3Add the sesame seeds.
4Deep fry peices in peanut oil at 375 until lightly browned.
5You can try substituting beef for the chicken
