Flour
Beaten egg
Matzo meal -- or fine
Crumbs

Jar apricot jam

Duck sauce -- or more jam
1/2
cup
Ketchup

Brown sugar -- or honey

Vinegar
Mushrooms -- optional
Procedures:

Coat chicken pieces in flour, dip in egg, roll in matzo meal.

Bake 30 min. at 350°F.

Bring remaining ings.

To a boil and pour over chicken.

Bake 1 hour at 350f and one hour at 300°F.

Mushrooms may be added for the second hour.
