Italian: sylvia's class act dinner theater chicken rosemary

Ingredients:
1/2 cupAll-purpose flour
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
6 6-oz. boneless, skinless
Chicken breasts
1/4 cupOlive oil
6 Cloves garlic, minced (2
Tablespoons)
1 cupChicken broth
1/4 cupPale dry sherry
1/4 tspDried rosemary
Procedures:
1Combine flour, salt and pepper.
2Dredge chicken breasts in flour mixture, shaking off excess.
3Heat oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
4Brown chicken in oil until lightly browned, approximately 5 minutes on each side.
5Remove from skillet.
6Add minced garlic to the skillet and saute" lightly.
7Stir in chicken broth and sherry.
8Return chicken to skillet and sprinkle with rosemary.
9Cover skillet tightly with a lid, and simmer slowly for 30 to 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.
10Thicken juice, if desired.
11Makes 4 to 6 servings
