Honey-glazed turkey breast

Ingredients:
5 lbsTurkey breast
Salt and pepper, to taste
1/3 cupHoney
3 tbspDijon mustard
1 1/2 tspDried rosemary
Procedures:
1Remove the skin from the turkey breast & discard.
2Place the turkey in a roaster pan.
3Season with salt & pepper.
4In a small bowl, combine honey, mustard & rosemary.
5Pour part of the glaze over the turkey & bake, uncovered, at 325f for about 2 hours, or until a meat thermometer registers 170 -175°F.
6If needed, add a bit of water to the bottom of the pan.
7Baste the turkey occasionally with the remaining glaze while it is baking.
