Honey basil chicken

Ingredients:
1/2 cupRaspberry vinegar
1 1/2 tbspDijon mustard
2 tbspSoy sauce
2 tbspHoney
2 tspDried basil
1/2 tspDried thyme
1/4 tspPepper -- or to taste
4 Boneless skinless chicken
Breast halves
Procedures:
1Combine vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, honey, basil, thyme & pepper in a plastic ziplock bag.
2Add chicken & turn to coat.
3Marinate at room temp for 15 min. ( i marinated it in the refrigerator all day).
4Grill chicken, reserving marinade, 10 - 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
5If desired, transfer marinade to a saucepan.
6Boil until reduced by half & pour over chicken (none of us used the extra marinade; we thought the chicken was great by itself).
7The chicken can also be baked at 350f for 40 minutes
