Ingredients:

3 lbsChicken parts, skinned
1/2 tspTarragon
1/2 tbspBasil
1/2 tbspThyme
1/2 tbspGarlic salt
1/2 tbspPepper, freshly ground
1 tbspSeasoned salt
3 tbspOlive oil
1 largeLemon, thinly sliced
1 Lemon, juiced
2 Bay leaves
Procedures:
1Preheat oven to 350°F.
2Combine seasonings and sprinkle over chicken.
3Cover the bottom of a baking dish with olive oil.
4Add chicken and cover with lemon slices.
5Drizzle lemon juice over chicken, add bay leaves and bake for 30 mins.
6Turn chicken and bake for 15 to 20 mins.
7Remove bay leaves.
8Serve hot or cold.
9Remove lemon slices before refrigerating.
10Serves 6 to 8.
