Ingredients:

| can | Pineapple, sliced | | 1
| large | Sweet onion, sliced | | 3
| | Chicken breasts, split | | 1/2
| cup | Peach preserves | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 1
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 3
| tbsp | Vegetable oil | | 1
| tbsp | White vinegar | | 1
| | Green pepper, sliced |

Procedures:
| 1 | Drain pineapple; set aside. | | 2 | Sprinkle chicken with salt. | | 3 | Brown chicken in margarine. | | 4 | Cover and cook until chicken is done. | | 5 | Add onions and green pepper to chicken. | | 6 | Combine preserves, soy sauce, and vinegar. | | 7 | Pour over chicken and cook about three minutes, turning chicken to glaze. | | 8 | Remove chicken to platter and add pineapple to sauce. | | 9 | Heat thoroughly; spoon over chicken. |
