| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| | Egg white | | 1
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | 2
| cup | Oil , for deep frying | | | Sauce: | | 2
| tbsp | Sesame seed paste, - or | | 2
| tbsp | Peanut butter , diluted in | | 2
| tbsp | Water | | 1/2
| tsp | Salt | | 2
| tsp | Sugar | | 2
| tbsp | Soy sauce | | 1
| tbsp | Red wine vinegar | | 2
| tbsp | Sesame seed oil | | 1
| tsp | Pepper oil , -*check recipe |

Procedures:
| 1 | Combine beef, salt, soy sauce, and cornstarch. | | 2 | Mix well with hand. | | 3 | Bring oil in wok to 400. | | 4 | Deep fry beef 1 minute. | | 5 | Drain. | | 6 | Remove beef. | | 7 | Bring oil to temperature again and deep fry 1 minute more. | | 8 | Drain and remove to platter mix ingredients into a smooth, thin sauce. | | 9 | Heat in saucepan and pour over beef. | | 10 | I like to add chopped carrot, or peanuts or whatever when i"m feeling creative |
