Ingredients:
2 tbspOlive oil
4 Chicken thighs
6 smallNew potatoes
1/2 tspEACH, dried rosemary, oregano
2 tbspEACH, water, minced fresh
-garlic
1 largeCarrot, sliced into ?

1/4 lbsString beans, cut into 2"
-pieces
Salt, pepper
Procedures:
1Heat oil in a large, no-stick frying pan and brown thighs and potatoes on all sides for 12 to 15 minutes.
2Add rosemary, oregano, water and garlic.
3Turn ingredients to mix and coat; cover and simmer for 15 minutes, adding a little water if necessary.
4Stir in carrots and beans.
5Salt and pepper lightly.
6Cover and continue to simmer until chicken is done, about 15 minutes.
