Ingredients:
2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
1/4 tspGarlic Powder
1/8 tspGround Black Pepper
8 ozFlank Steak
1 cupRed Onions -- Thinly Sliced
4 Hard Rolls (6") -- halved
Toasted
1/2 cupPasteurized Process Cheese
Spread
Procedures:
1Preheat broiler.
2In a small bowl combine worcestershire sauce, garlic powder and black pepper.
3Place steak on a rack in a broiler pan; brush sauce mixture over sides of steak.
4Top steak with onions.
5Broil 4 to 5" from heat until onions are nearly crisp-tender, 3 to 5 minutes.
6Remove onions from meat, placing to one side of broiler pan.
7Turn steak; broil until done as desired,, 3 to 5 minutes longer.
8Place meat on cutting board; thinly slice diagonally across the grain.
9Place bottom halves of rolls on broiler pan, cut sides up; top with beef slices and onions.
10Spoon cheese spread over onions.
11Broil until melted, about 30 seconds.
12Cover with remaining roll halves
