Extra-special chicken casserole

Ingredients:
1 6 oz box long-grained
Wild rice
6 ozChicken, cooked and
Sliced
2 10 oz bxs brocolli
Florets
2 10.75 oz cans cream of
Chicken soup
1 cupMayonaise
1 tspCurry powder
2 tspLemom juice
1/4 cupParmesan cheese, shredded
1 cupSeasoned crotons, crushed
2 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Cook rice according to package directions.
2Cook brocolli slightly and drain well.
3In a large saucepan, mix soup, mayonaise, curry powder, lemon juice and parmesan cheese.
4Heat on low-stirring till smooth.
5Lightly oil a 2-3 quart casserole dish.
6Layer rice, brocolli, half the sauce, the chicken, the cheddar cheese, and the remaining sauce, in that order.
7Spread crushed croutons on the top, dot with butter and bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 45 minutes
