| | 10 oz bxs brocolli | | | Florets | | 2
| | 10.75 oz cans cream of | | | Chicken soup | | 1
| cup | Mayonaise | | 1
| tsp | Curry powder | | 2
| tsp | Lemom juice | | 1/4
| cup | Parmesan cheese, shredded | | 1
| cup | Seasoned crotons, crushed | | 2
| tbsp | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook rice according to package directions. | | 2 | Cook brocolli slightly and drain well. | | 3 | In a large saucepan, mix soup, mayonaise, curry powder, lemon juice and parmesan cheese. | | 4 | Heat on low-stirring till smooth. | | 5 | Lightly oil a 2-3 quart casserole dish. | | 6 | Layer rice, brocolli, half the sauce, the chicken, the cheddar cheese, and the remaining sauce, in that order. | | 7 | Spread crushed croutons on the top, dot with butter and bake, uncovered, at 375°F for 45 minutes |
