Ingredients:
1 To 1 ?lbs. chicken or
-turkey, skinned and boned
And cut into strips **
1 Red bell pepper, cut in
-strips
1 Lg. onion, cut into thin
-wedges
1 packDry fajita mix
1/4 cupWater
6 Or 7 flour tortillas (7 or
-8")
2 Sm. tomatoes, chopped
1 Avocado, peeled, thinly
-sliced
1/2 cupDairy sour cream
Procedures:
1"don"t expect these fajitas to be sizzling and crunch brown like those in many restaurants, but they are tender and tasty." in slow cooker, combine chicken, bell pepper, onion, fajita mix and water.
2Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours or until meat is tender.
3Warm tortillas in microwave or conventional oven.
