Ingredients:
1 lbsTaro root, peeled and
-rinsed
1 tbspCornstarch or arrowroot
1 tbspRice flour*
1/2 tspSalt
1/8 tspPepper
Lots of oil
Procedures:
1Here"s another "dessert" that is hardly sweet at all: cut taro into thin strips or grate it.
2Mix all other ingredients together and sprinkle evenly over taro.
3Mix well and form into golf ball sized balls.
4Deep-fry until crisp and golden.
5Serve with tea
