Ingredients:
1 Pheasant, cut up
Flour
Butter
8 ozCarton sour cream
16 ozWater
Worcestershire sauce f/taste
Few drops Tabasco sauce
2 Bay leaves
Dash sweet basil
Dash rosemary
Salt and pepper
Procedures:
1Dust pieces of pheasant with flour and brown in butter.
2Mix sour cream and water.
3Add remaining ingredients to sour cream mixture.
4Pour sour cream mixture in a covered roaster and add pheasant.
5Steam for several hours at 325f until tender
