| oz | Water | | | Worcestershire sauce f/taste | | | Few drops Tabasco sauce | | 2
| | Bay leaves | | | Dash sweet basil | | | Dash rosemary | | | Salt and pepper |

Procedures:
| 1 | Dust pieces of pheasant with flour and brown in butter. | | 2 | Mix sour cream and water. | | 3 | Add remaining ingredients to sour cream mixture. | | 4 | Pour sour cream mixture in a covered roaster and add pheasant. | | 5 | Steam for several hours at 325f until tender |
