Chicken with mushrooms and balsac vinegar

Ingredients:
1 lbsChicken Breast, skinned and
-flattened or cut up
1/2 cupFlour, seasoned with salt &
-pepper to taste
1 largeShallots
4 ozMushrooms, sliced
4 tbspBalsac Vinegar
1/2 cupChicken Broth
3 tbspButter or Oil
Procedures:
1In a small skillet, heat 1 to 2 t butter and sautee mushrooms and schallots until tender, set aside.
2Dredge chicken with seasoned flour.
3Heat 2 t oil in a large skillet and sautee chicken pieces all at one if possible for 2-3 minutes per side.
4Romve and keep warm.
5Deglaze the skillet with vinegar, scraping for about 30 seconds.
6Add ?cup broth, stir and heat.
7Return chicken and mushrooms to pan and heat through.
