Hard cider

Chicken, cut up
Procedures:

Saut# chicken lightly in ?cup of the butter.

Place apples in a buttered shallow baking dish; top with chicken and sprinkle with nuts and sugar.

Add cider; dot with remaining butter.

Cover.

Bake in preheated moderate oven (375°F).
