Ingredients:

4 Chicken-breast halves

1 tbspCornstarch
1/2 cupCold chicken broth
2 tbspDry white wine (or any
-liquid)
1/2 cupCashews
Procedures:

2Add the vegetable and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3Push aside or remove to serving dish.
4Stir-fry the chicken 3-4 minutes, until done.
5Return the vegetable to the wok and combine with chicken.

7Heat and stir gently until the sauce is thickened and clear.
