3 Whole chicken breasts, split
-boned, and skinned
1 tspSalt
6 sliceHam, thin slices
1 medTomato, peeld, seeded, chopd
6 sliceSwiss cheese
1/2 tspDry sage
1/3 cupDry bread crumbs
2 tbspParmesan cheese
2 tbspParsley, minced
4 tbspButter, melted
Procedures:
1Flatten chicken breasts between sheets of waxed paper.
2Sprinkle each piece with salt.
3Top each with a slice of ham, chopped tomato, swiss cheese, and a dash of sage.
4Roll jellyroll fashion, securing with toothpicks.
5Combine crumbs, parmesan cheese, and parsley.
6Dip chicken in melted butter, roll in crumb mixture, and place in buttered baking dish.
7Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 40 to 45 mins.
