Chicken roasted with parsley

Ingredients:
4 lbsChicken
Fresh parsley
2 tbspOlive oil
1 tbspLemon juice
1 tbspFresh chopped parsley
1 tspDried thyme
1/2 tspDried tarragon
Procedures:
1Salt, pepper and paprika remove giblets from chicken; save for another use.
2Rinse chicken and pat dry.
3Stuff loosely with fresh parsley.
4Combine oil, juice, chopped parsley, thyme and tarragon.
5Rub mixture all over chicken.
6Sprinkle chicken.
7Sprinkle chicken with salt, pepper and paprika.
8Crimp small squares of aluminum foil around wing tips and drumsticks.
9(note: use foil approved for microwaving).
10Place chicken, breast side down on a rack set in a baking dish.
11Do not cover chicken.
12Rotating dish midway through cooking,microwave on high 15 minutes.
13Turn chicken, breast side up and sprinkle with more paprika, if needed.
14Microwave on high 13 to 15 minutes.
15Let stand 8 minutes before testing for doneness.
16Makes 6 servings.
