Chicken peach casserole

Ingredients:
1 Whole chicken
2 tbspMargarine
1 tbspOil
1 Onion
1 Green pepper
1 Peach
1 tbspCornstarch
1 tbspSoy sauce
3 tbspWhite wine vinegar
2 Tomato
Procedures:
1Skin chicken and brown in oil.
2Cover and simmer for 10 minutes; remove and put into casserole.
3Sautee onion and pepper in skillet.
4Drain peaches, reserving syrup.
5Mix cornstarch, soysauce, vinegar and 1 cup peach syrup; boil until clear.
6Add peaches and tomatoes.
7Pour contents of skillet over chicken.
8Cover caserole and bake 40 minutes at 375 degrees.
9Serve with rice to which some peaches and strips of pepper have been added
