Ingredients:

| lbs | Chicken, cut up | | 1
| cup | Chicken broth | | 1/4
| cup | Dry white wine, cooking wine | | 1 1/2
| tsp | Seasoned salt | | 1/4
| tsp | Pepper | | 1/4
| tsp | Basil | | 6
| | Carrots, diced | | 2
| | Stalks celery, sliced | | 1
| | Onion, sliced | | 2
| tbsp | Flour | | 2
| tbsp | Butter |

Procedures:
| 1 | Place the chicken in the crock pot, alternating layers with the vegtables. | | 2 | Mix the seasonings with the liquids and pour over the chicken. | | 3 | Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours. | | 4 | Remove the chicken and vegetables to a serving platter. | | 5 | Thicken the gravy with 2 t of flour mixed with 2 t of butter. | | 6 | Cook this on high until the gravy is thickened. | | 7 | Serve over the chi cken or on the side. |
