Ingredients:
-EILEEN LAMPARELLI
4 lbsChicken, cut up
1 cupChicken broth
1/4 cupDry white wine, cooking wine
1 1/2 tspSeasoned salt
1/4 tspPepper
1/4 tspBasil
6 Carrots, diced
2 Stalks celery, sliced
1 Onion, sliced
2 tbspFlour
2 tbspButter
Procedures:
1Place the chicken in the crock pot, alternating layers with the vegtables.
2Mix the seasonings with the liquids and pour over the chicken.
3Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours.
4Remove the chicken and vegetables to a serving platter.
5Thicken the gravy with 2 t of flour mixed with 2 t of butter.
6Cook this on high until the gravy is thickened.
7Serve over the chi cken or on the side.
