Ingredients:
2 lbsChicken breast halves
1 cupLa Victoria Salsa Victoria
1 cupChicken broth
4 1/2 cupPotatoes, cubed
1 cupAlmonds, finely chopped
2 tbspCooking oil
2 cupLa Victoria Chili Dip
Procedures:
1Brown chicken and potatoes in hot oil.
2Combine chili dip, salsa victoria, broth and almonds.
3Bring to boiling.
4Pour hot mixture over chicken and potatoes.
5Bake, covered, in a 375 degree oven.
6Garnish with sliced ripe olives.
7Serves 4 to 6.
