Ingredients:
3 lbsChicken breast
1 Onion -- finely chopped
2 Cloves garlic -- finely
Chopped
1/4 lbsMushroom -- sliced
2 tbspFlour
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspPaprika
1/4 tspRosemary
1/2 cupChicken broth
1/4 cupSherry
1 canArtichoke hearts -- drained
Procedures:
1Place mushrooms, onion, and garlic in cooker.
2Coat chicken pieces with mixtur e of flour, salt, paprika, and rosemary.
3Arrange chicken over vegetables, and pour in the broth and sherry.
4Bake at 450 °F for one hour.
5Stir in art ichoke hearts, and bake uncovered for 10 minutes.
