Ingredients:
Marinade:
2 tspSalt
2 tbspSugar
1 tbspSherry
2 tbspOyster Sauce *
2 tbspFermented black beans *
4 tbspTapioca flour *
1 tspSesame oil
2 tspMinced garlic
3/4 tspBaking soda
1/2 tspHot pepper flakes
1 pinchWhite pepper
2 tbspDiced red bell pepper
Procedures:
1Have butcher trim enough spare ribs so that you will have 2.5 lbs.
2Net.
3Cut spare ribs into 1 or 2 inch cubes.
