| tbsp | Tapioca flour * | | 1
| tsp | Sesame oil | | 2
| tsp | Minced garlic | | 3/4
| tsp | Baking soda | | 1/2
| tsp | Hot pepper flakes | | 1
| pinch | White pepper | | 2
| tbsp | Diced red bell pepper |

Procedures:
