Peachy bbq ribs

Ingredients:
3 lbsPork spareribs, cut
-into serving-size pieces
2 tbspSalt
1 lbsPeaches (use one
-can of cling peaches)
1 cupKetchup
2 tbspWorcestershire sauce
1/4 cupOnions (chopped fine)
2 tbspFlour (gravy flour
-works best)
2 tbspMustard, prepared
1/2 tbspCloves (ground finely)
1/2 tbspPepper (fresh-ground
-black pepper is best)
Procedures:
1Pre-heat oven to 375 °F.
2In shallow roasting pan, arrange ribs, meaty side up; sprinkle with about 1 t salt.
3Drain peaches, save syrup.
4In saucepan, blend about 1 cup of saved peach-packing syrup with ketchup, worcestershire sauce, onion, flour, cloves, about 1 t salt and pepper.
5Heat to boiling; pour over ribs.
6Bake about 1 ?hours, or until fork tender, turning once.
7Arrange peaches around ribs; bake about 5 minutes, basting with the sauce.
8Notes: * pork ribs in peach tomato barbecue sauce -- moons ago my mom made this for all us kids.
9Wouldn"t eat it (ribs & peaches? yuchh!).

12Yield: serves 4 to : difficulty: easy.
13: time: 5 minutes preparation, 1 ?hours cooking.
