Ingredients:
1 tbspBUTTER
1/2 tspCHILI POWDER
1/4 tspCUMIN
1/2 cupPEPPERS (OPTIONAL), CHOPPED
3/4 cupCORN KERNELS
3 cupCHICKEN BROTH
2/5 cupMILK
1/8 tspSALT
1/8 cupONION, FINELY CHOPPED
Procedures:
1In a 3-quart pan, melt butter; add chili powder and cumin, cook for several minutes, stirring constantly.
2Add corn and broth, bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes.
3Stir in milk and salt.
4Serve hot.
