| cup | Packed light brown sugar | | 1
| tsp | Salt | | 1/2
| cup | Cider vinegar | | 1/2
| cup | Light corn syrup | | 2
| cup | Peeled and sliced carrots | | 2
| cup | Chopped onions | | 1
| large | Green bell pepper, cut into | | | -1-inch squares | | 4
| oz | Can pineapple chunks | | | -drained | | 6
| small | Round loaves sourdough bread | | | -(optional) |

Procedures:
