Ingredients:

| tbsp | Butter | | 1
| large | Onion, diced | | 1 1/2
| cup | Celery, diced | | 4
| med | Potatoes, diced OR... | | 3
| large | -potatoes, diced | | 2
| tbsp | Cornstarch | | | -(rounded tablespoons) | | 12
| fl oz | Evaporated milk | | 2
| cup | Cooked salmon* |

Procedures:
| 1 | *(2 small cans or 1 large can) saute celery and onion in butter until brown. | | 2 | Add potatoes and enough water to cover. | | 3 | Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are done. | | 4 | Stir cornstarch into about 1 cup water and add to mix. | | 5 | Increase heat to thicken. | | 6 | Add milk and salmon and serve when hot. | | 7 | Serves Tink, soldotna, alaska |
