2 cupWater
1 tspSoy sauce
2 tbspMiso paste
4 ozSilky soft bean curd, , cut
-into ?inch
Dice
8 ozSpinach, , stemmed and leaves
Washed
Garnish crushed red pepper

Toasted sesame seeds
Procedures:
1Recipe by: monday to friday show #mf6605 bring chicken broth and water to simmer with soy sauce.
2Whisk a few tablespoonfuls of the hot broth into the miso paste and reserve.
3Add bean curd and spinach and cook over low heat for a minute to wilt.
