Shirley maclaine's chicken & mushroom soup

Ingredients:
1 Young chicken
4 ozMushrooms
1 Garlic clove
1 tspGround coriander
1 tspGround peppercorns
1 quartStock from chicken liquid
1 tspMonosodium glutamate
1 tspSoy sauce
Frying oil
Procedures:
1Cook chicken in water until tender, remove flesh and cut into small pieces.
2Reboil chicken bones about two hours in some water.
3Strain stock.
4Slice mushrooms.
5Fry crushed garlic, coriander and peppercorns in a little oil, add mushrooms and chicken meat, including the liver.
6Add stock with soy sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes.
7Add monosodium glutamate, stir well and serve
