| oz | Mushrooms | | 1
| | Garlic clove | | 1
| tsp | Ground coriander | | 1
| tsp | Ground peppercorns | | 1
| quart | Stock from chicken liquid | | 1
| tsp | Monosodium glutamate | | 1
| tsp | Soy sauce | | | Frying oil |

Procedures:
| 1 | Cook chicken in water until tender, remove flesh and cut into small pieces. | | 2 | Reboil chicken bones about two hours in some water. | | 3 | Strain stock. | | 4 | Slice mushrooms. | | 5 | Fry crushed garlic, coriander and peppercorns in a little oil, add mushrooms and chicken meat, including the liver. | | 6 | Add stock with soy sauce and simmer 10-15 minutes. | | 7 | Add monosodium glutamate, stir well and serve |
