Ingredients:
1 tbspButter or margarine
-unsalted
2 tbspFresh chives, minced
2 tbspFresh chervil, minced
2 tbspLemon sorrel leaves, minced
2 tspFresh tarragon, minced
1 cupCelery ribs, finely chopped
4 cupVegetable broth
Salt and pepper
1 pinchSugar
4 sliceWhole wheat bread, toasted
1 dashFreshly ground nutmeg
Grated cheddar cheese
