Peach-mustard glazed pork chops

Ingredients:
4 Center cut pork chops
-(boneless, 3/8 inch thick)
16 ozCanned peach slices
-(in extra light syrup)
-- undrained*
1 tspWorcestershire sauce
2 tbspPeach preserves
2 tbspDijon-style mustard
1 tspBlack pepper
Procedures:
1Stir together peaches, worcestershire sauce, peach preserves, and mustard in medium bowl.
2Set aside.
3Heat nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
4Sprinkle chops with pepper and add to skillet.
5Brown on one side for 4 minutes; turn.
6Add peach mixture, reduce heat to low, cover and cook 5 minutes.
7Serve with peaches and sauce.
8Yield: 4 servings.
9* if desired, use fresh peaches and ?cup apple or orange juice.
