Scandinavian raspberry soup

Ingredients:
20 ozRed Raspberries
1/2 cupOrange Juice
1/4 cupLemon Juice
1 tbspCornstarch
3/4 cupChablis Wine
Fresh Orange Sections
Granishes *
Sour Cream
Procedures:
1* raspberries should be the frozen in syrup kind and be thawed.
2** you can use other dry white wines in this soup, but just white wine.
3*** garnishes to include raspberries, orange rind twists or mint leaves.
4~------------------------------------------------------------------------- in blender container, puree 1 package raspberries, strain to remove seeds.
5In medium saucepan, combine pureed raspberries, orange juice, lemon juice and cornstarch; mix well.
6Over medium heat, cook and stir until slightly thickened and clear; cool.
7Stir in remaining package of raspberries and chablis.
8Chill.
9To serve, place several orange sections in each bowl; add soup.
10Garnish as desired; serve with sour cream.
11Refrigerate left- overs.
