Ingredients:
1/4 cupSliced onions
1/4 cupThinly sliced carrots
1/4 cupThinly sliced bok choy
1/4 cupRed bell pepprer

1 tspSesame or vegetable oil
3 cupWater
1 tbspVegetable bouillon powder
1/4 tspGround ginger
1 tspGranulated garlic, -OR-...
2 tsp-Minced fresh garlic
1/4 cupDiagonally sliced snow peas
Procedures:
1In a medium-size saucepan, saute onions, carrots, bok choy and bell pepper in oil over medium heat until vegetables soften, about 5 minutes.
2add water, bouillon powder, ginger and garlic.
3Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
4add snow peas, cook for one minute and serve hot.
