| lbs | Pork loin, trimmed of fat | | | - cut into ?inch pieces | | 1
| large | Cucumber, sliced | | | 1 bn Scallions, trimmed | | | SAUCE | | 1/4
| cup | Light soy sauce | | 2/3
| cup | Orange marmalade | | 1/2
| cup | Chopped fresh mint |

Procedures:
