6 cupItalian stewed tomatoes
2 tspOregano
2 tspRosemary
2 canWhite beans, rinsed
20 ozFroz chpd broccoli
2/3 cupParmesan
VARIATIONS
Ham OR pasta
Procedures:
1Saute onion and garlic in oil in soup pot.
2Add tomatoes and spices; simmer 5-10 mins.
3Add beans and broccoli; bring to boil; reduce heat, simmer 5 mins.
4Add parmesan just before serving.
5Serve with garlic bread
