Ingredients:
1 tbspGhee
1 cupMixed vegetables, diced*
2 Garlic cloves
2 cupCooked rice
3 cupWater
1/2 tspSage
1 tspRosemary
1 tspParsley
1 tbspSoy sauce
Salt & pepper
Procedures:
1Heat ghee in a large soup pot.
2Saute the diced vegetables & garlic for 15 minutes.
3Pour over water, bring to a boil & simmer until the vegetables are almost tender.
4While the vegetables are simmering, add the herbs in order.
5About 5 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the cooked rice.
6Add more water if necessary.
