| 1 | 1- wash the lentils. |
| 2 | Put them in meat stock and 1 cup of water. |
| 3 | Cook for 35-40 minutes until they are tender. |
| 4 | Pass them through a sieve. |
| 5 | 2- melt the butter in anothe saucepan. |
| 6 | Add chopped onions and fry them lightly for 7-8 minutes. |
| 7 | Add flour. |
| 8 | Brown for 1 minute more. |
| 9 | Add them to the meat stock with the lentil puree. |
| 10 | Add slat and pepper and let simmer. |
| 11 | 3- beat the egg yolks with cold milk. |
| 12 | Add to the boiling soup, mix well. |
| 13 | Turn the heat off as soon as it starts boiling. |
| 14 | Serve with bread cubes fried in oil. |
