Red lentil soup (turkish)

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cupRed lentils
8 cupMeat stock
2 medSize onions
2 tbspButter
1/2 tbspFlour
1 cupMilk
3 Egg yolks
1 tbspSalt
1/2 tspBlack pepper
6 Slices of bread
2 tbspOil
Procedures:
11- wash the lentils.
2Put them in meat stock and 1 cup of water.
3Cook for 35-40 minutes until they are tender.
4Pass them through a sieve.
52- melt the butter in anothe saucepan.
6Add chopped onions and fry them lightly for 7-8 minutes.
7Add flour.
8Brown for 1 minute more.
9Add them to the meat stock with the lentil puree.
10Add slat and pepper and let simmer.
113- beat the egg yolks with cold milk.
12Add to the boiling soup, mix well.
13Turn the heat off as soon as it starts boiling.
14Serve with bread cubes fried in oil.
