Ingredients:

- buffalo meat
3 cupCooked red beans
1 largeRed onion, diced
3 cupCooked black beans
3 Cloves garlic, minced
3 tbspChili powder
1 Red bell pepper, diced
2 tbspTamari sauce
1 Green bell pepper
- or salt to taste
- diced
1 tbspGround cumin
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 tbspHoney, if desired
- diced
1/2 tspCrushed red pepper
2 largeTomatoes, diced
- flakes
2 Ears sweet corn
Chopped fresh cilantro
- shucked, kernels
Procedures:
1Cook meat in large nonaluminum dutch oven until no longer pink.
2Stir in remaining ingredients except cilantro.
3Simmer gently, partially covered and stirring frequently, 40 to 45 minutes.
4Taste and adjust seasonings.
