Ingredients:
2 tbspVegetable oil
1 Onion, chopped
1 Green pepper, chopped
3 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Celery ribs, chopped
46 ozTomato juice, canned
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cupPasta, small (orza or acini

Procedures:
1Saute onion, green pepper, garlic and celery in oil in large stock pot over medium heat for 10 minutes or until soft.
2Add tomato juice and season to taste.
3Add pasta and simmer over low heat 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
