Ingredients:
10 Eggs
1 cupWater
1/2 cupPotato flour
FILLING
3/4 lbsGround, chopped liver
1 Small onion, chopped, browned
Salt & pepper to taste
Procedures:
1Beat eggs, blend potato flour and water and add to eggs, beat.
2Heat frying pan and using very small amounts of fat pour enough batter into pan to cover bottom thinly, brown bottom side only and overturn onto towell.
3Place small amount of liver on ?leaf on browned side and roll up (like cigar size).
