Ingredients:
2 tbspCrushed red pepper
1 medOnion
2 tbspSalt
2 bn Kale , 4 boxes frozen
3 canKidney beans
1 1/2 lbsLinguica or chourico
-(portuguese sausage) -- ch
6 Potatoes , peeled and diced
1 Cabbage , shredded
1 Shank bone with meat
Procedures:
1Put meats, including linguica or chourico and shank in pot.
2add crushed red pepper, onion and salt.
