Ingredients:
1 lbsBEEF, SLICED ?IN.
-THICK (2X1 IN. PIECES)
1/2 cupSCALLIONS, WHITE SECTIONS
-ONLY, CUT TO 1 IN. LENGTHS
1/4 tspSALT
1/2 tspSOY SAUCE
1 tspCORNSTARCH
1 dashSUGAR
2 tbspVEGETABLE OIL
2 tbspOYSTER SAUCE
1/4 cupCHICKEN STOCK
1/4 tspMSG (OPTIONAL)
1 tbspEACH CORNSTARCH & WATER
-MADE INTO A PASTE
Procedures:
1In mixing bowl, combine salt,soy sauce,1 tsp. cornstarch & sugar.
2Blend thoroughly & add sliced beef.
3Marinate 5 min. add oil to pre- heated wok or skillet.
4Add beef,scallions,& oyster sauce.
5Toss-cook at high heat 3 min. add chicken stock,msg, and cornstarch/water paste.
6Mix & toss until gravy thickens & has coated the beef & scallions.
7Serve very hot.
