Oven-barbecued venison ribs

Ingredients:
2 lbsVenison ribs
Salt & Pepper
2 tbspBrown sugar
16 ozTomato sauce
Vegetable oil
2 tbspVinegar
1 tspPrepared mustard
Procedures:
1In a 2-qt.
2Baking dish or roaster arrange ribs.
3Brush lightly with cooking oil & sprinkle with salt & pepper.
4Bake at 325-350 degrees until fairly well done, turning once.
5Pour off any juices.
6Combine vinegar, brown sugar & mustard with tomato sauce & pour over ribs.
7Bake until done, basting occasionally with sauce.
