Procedures:
| 1 | Trim fat from tenderloins. | | 2 | Place tenderloins on rack in roasting pan coated with cooking spray. | | 3 | Combine ketchup, vinegar, syrup, mustard, worcestershire sauce and pepper and brush over tenderloin. | | 4 | Heat oven to 400. | | 5 | Bake uncovered, basting with remaining mixture, 30 minutes or until meat thermometer registers reaches 160. | | 6 | Let stand 10 minutes. | | 7 | Cut into thin slices |
