| lbs | Giant B.C. cherries | | 1 1/2
| cup | Maple sugar | | 1
| cup | Water |

Procedures:
| 1 | Put maple sugar & water in a pot & boil for 15 minutes. | | 2 | Add the cherries & simmer for 10 minutes. | | 3 | Turn off the heat, cool & eat fresh with bannock. |
