Scandinavian rasberry soup

Ingredients:
20 oz(2 pk) Red Raspberries *
1/2 cupOrange Juice
1/4 cupLemon Juice
1 tbspCornstarch
3/4 cupChablis **
Fresh Orange Sections
Granishes ***
Sour Cream
Procedures:
1* raspberries should be the frozen in syrup kind and be thawed.
2** you can use other dry white wines in this soup, but just white wines *** garnishes to include raspberries, orange rind twists or mint leaves.
3~-------------------------------------------------------------------------- in blender container, puree 1 package raspberries, strain to remove seeds.
4In medium saucepan, combine pureed raspberries, orange juice, lemon juice and cornstarch; mix well.
5Over medium heat, cook and stir until slightly thickened and clear; cool.
6Stir in remaining package of raspberries and chablis.
7Chill.
8To serve, place several orange sections in each bowl; add soup.
9Garnish as desired; serve with sour cream.
10Refrigerate left- overs.
