Ingredients:
1 packActive dry yeast
3 cupUnbleached bread flour
1 tspSalt
1 1/2 tspRosemary leaves
3 tbspSugar
2 1/2 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
2 tbspLecithin
3/4 cupWarm milk
1 Whole egg
1 Egg white
1/2 cupRaisins
Procedures:
1I adapted this from the sunset italian cookbook.
2It came out just fine in the dak.
3The original recipe calls for more olive oil (?c) if you are not watching fats, i bet it is wonderful that way.cook on white bread setting.
4I added raisins when around to it--i think it was at the start of the second knead.
5Makes good sandwich bread or toast
