Ingredients:
1 cupWater
1/2 cupRosamarina
1/4 tspSalt, if desired
1/2 cupWhipping (heavy) cream
1 tbspSugar
1/2 cupSeedless grapes, halved
1/2 cupChopped pecans
1 tspShredded lemon peel
1 medStalk celery, sliced
-(about ?cup)
1 can(11 ounces) mandarin orange
-Pineapple sections, drained
Procedures:
1Heat water, rosamarina and salt to boiling in 1-quart saucepan; reduce heat.
2Simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until almost tender.
3Rinse in cold water and drain.beat whipping cream and sugar in chilled medium bowl until stiff.
4Stir in rosamarina and remaining ingredients.
5Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
