1 tspNutmeg
1 tspCinnamon

1 tbspHoney
2 Eggs, separated
1 cupNonfat milk
1/4 cupSafflower oil
1 cupCooked rice
1 cupSliced strawberries
2 tspDate sugar or maple syrup
2 tspArrowroot powder

2In a medium bowl combine rice flour, baking powder, nutmeg, cinnamon, and salt.
3In a separate bowl combine honey, egg yolks, milk, the ?cup safflower oil, and rice.
